Inspirational Womens Award

This Award was created in recognition and in memory of the wonderful Master Alison Ducker who we sadly lost 2 years ago. She was a remarkably accomplished Kuk Sool Won 7th Dan Black Belt, an esteemed business owner and a dedicated wife and mother. But above all she was kind and humble. NEST and the Martial Arts Community honoured her by recognising her and other inspirational women in our Martial Arts Industry.

We’re incredibly proud to present this years award 2023 to: Professor Sheila Dixon 9th Dan Ju Jitsu, Masters of Martial Arts and British Ju Jitsu Association.

There are so many fantastic things that can be said about Sheila. She is truly inspirational to both women and children. Sheila is like the matriarch of her ju jitsu family. A  disciplinarian of herself and expects the same standards she demands of herself of others. Always striving to get the best out of her students. Many students find her very approachable with any problems they may have. You would definitely want her on your side in any challenging situation
