Seniors classes at our school are offered for students 16 years and older. Group classes stress physical fitness as well as practical self-defence knowledge and fighting skills. Students learn not only “techniques,” but also how to effectively apply their skills in actual self-defence situations. Improved fitness, ability to handle stress, and greater self-confidence are some of the benefits that will be acquired through training. A convenient schedule provides the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of all students.
